Flobo bought some nice Lemon Sole, made a mixture of fancy crumbs with eggs and grilled it slowly.

A nice jacket potato, a few really tasty sprouts and some more carrots from the garden.

A Tomato and a slice of lemon just for the juice.

    Terrific...

^ Looks yum. I love how you just sort of brush the carrots off and cook them whole.

Flobo roasted a Pork Joint yesterday.

Nothing spectacular, but it made a really nice dinner last night, she crackled some of the rind and served it up with cabbage, cauliflower, some of those home grown carrots and a few boiled potato's.

    Really was a delicious meal.

Flobo had gone shopping with our younger daughter and I had to make my own evening meal.

    It was easy.

I made a steak and ale pie with some oven chips, some cabbage, and some really nice bread, with best Irish butter on.

    Lots of it.

    Easy this making meals.

Oh yes, and I made some mince pies.

You can see them on the right.

I had it on a tray in front of the telly, it saved messsing the table up.

    It was right good too.

How many marks out of ten for that cooking then. 10/10 I reckon.

I forgot to make myself a cup of tea though and had to get up again after getting comfortable.

^ You are putting us all to shame, Mathos.
I was lazy. Just sesame crust Italian bread with butter and peanut butter, baby carrots, milk. Then java and a homemade choc chip cookie from my Mom. I might heat up some baked chicken later.

Flobo grilled me a really nice fillet steak tonight.

She's still digging those carrots up from the vegetable plot as well, grilled tomato's, a few nice small boiled potato's and fried onions.

    Brilliant meal.

    The steak was superb.

Did this roast pork dinner for the kids and myself last night.

Kids like apple sauce on the side.

Baked chicken. Used crushed corn flakes, cayenne, parsley, cumin, celery salt, and pepper. Shake and bake like. It was OK. Then roasted spuds and carrots alongside.

Crispy baked chicken, baked spuds and carrots, spinach salad with chives, green pepper and mushroom slices with cumcumber-like dressing. Half a crusty roll. Glass of white wine, natch!

Grandson was working with me today, so Flobo was making two lunches plus her own, but she had that later.

She made me a Caesar Salad:-

For the grandson it was a fancy Pizza. I'm not into Pizza myself, but he and the rest of the lads, really enjoy them.

Kids today seem to like this sort of food.

Nice dinner for me tonight when I got home from the gym.

Fish in fancy crumbs with an egg batter, the fish was lemon sole.

Nice pot of tea from The Christmas tea pot as well. Nice to see that out again.

Carrots, asparagus tips, boiled potato's, grilled tomato. A lemon to squeeze over the fish.

    Great meal.

This is how a real cup of tea should look before you add the milk as well.

I dug the rest of the carrots out of the garden today, about 2lb of them I would think, Flobo was washing and freeezing them this afternoon.

Milk added it's how it should look.

I'm concerned about the irregularity in food intake with other members.

I had a good day at work today, the grandson was with me as well and we got a great deal done.

Flobo was cooking for the two of us at lunchtime.

She made some Chicken Breast burgers and chips for the grandson.

I think he tried to kill them with tomato sauce as well.

I had a couple of bowls of soup that she had made, chicken and vegetables, it was really nice.

A close up here as well.

I'd a couple of really nice barm-cakes with the same.

    These were good:-

    Dinner tonight, bacon chops.

Flobo fried three of them nice and slowly. She also fried some thick sausages,
a jacket potato, a few beens and a couple of tomato's.

I had two and Flobo had the other one.

They were good, first class, tasted fantastic.

Fvckin hell Mathos do you live in the Penthouse of the Hyatt Errawan or sumptin.

Everything looks so delicious and well prepared and if this food is prepared by your missus you are a very lucky man.

Thanks for the pictures as well and my missus has been shown them as well (and without me saying a word).
