Thread: Big Boy Steak For TD Members

Ok, just got back from the wine shop. I was thinking about tonight as my motorcyle guy and I dodged death for your wine. I got a good idea. I called up miss TIMBA'S and told her bring the finest veggies she could find, unfortunately she was near villa so we'll see what she's got. I'm gonna Iron Chef it tonight...being as I'm kind of dead from Songkran I've decided to dedicate tonight to TD. Lets see what I come up with in the time it takes you to get here.

Not sure who's coming but a word to the wise. Aside from teak Door, TD also is Totally Drunk so make sure you have plenty of alcohol in the fridge.

Songkran in Bangkok is always slow. Wonderful though. No traffic and nice and quiet.

Everything looks great now...I'm anxious to see what you do with all of the wonder raw ingredients!

so....here's the veggies getting killed, sorted and marinated in all kinds of wonderful liquids

The walrus has been religiously fasting all day and is salivating at the whiskery tusks.

We've got a crate of vin rouge to help wash down the steak.

See you guys in half an hour ... Let the carnage begin

Yeah, they are a scary bunch! Bark a lot but none of them bite. Anyway all this steak talk and I will be having a steak dinner. Rib Eye with fried onion, mashed potatoes with white gravy, fresh sweet corn just picked and a some King Willy's Fruit Delight for dessert.

maybe you guys can do this toghether some time in the future; i'm sure you'd have a lot of fun, plus we definitely have the right equipment at TIMBA'S to do it clean
but this is just a suggestion; you guys talk about it if it's appealing

You're on. If you and the missus can get away from the shop for a couple of days we'll do it up here in Isaan. Nothing like a good country meal in the country. Won't be bothering you anymore tonight. Have fun and good cookin.
