Well chef, I have a few ribs left, a small bowl of beans, and a lot of Cajun potato salad. We dont plop the whole meal down to eat. We had more of everything. Also had mangoes with sticky rice and coconut sauce.

Post up a big meal you cook, that would be cool.

    Careful what you wish for!

Last time Ciz tried to post up a meal he lost the plot having only succeeded in posting 4 upside down tomatoes.

How long ago was that quote?

7/11 instead of 7/12… gosh, what a terrible mistake. Really reaching there, isn’t he. But you found it funny. Says a lot.

Yet he conveniently skipped over the giant white elephant on this page which is far more amusing.

Ordered some more crays for Good Friday. Possibly ordered too many.

There’s just something magical about setting the coals on fire; in rain, hail, or shine. Yesterday it was rain. The anticipation of beers about to be sunk, while tending the food, and the feast that you’ll eventually serve up. BTW no elastic rubber bands used here, fire starters only.

And hydrate with a Shempa Ale.

I wasn’t happy with the variations in sizes, will have a word with my man. Big ones are better.

And then, because I’m a pagan I decided to eat a big, red juicy steak for dinner. Porterhouse did the trick.

Chitty, this is the colour of an acceptable steak.

The vegetables were dripping in melted butter, and I added Dijon mustard to my steak. The young fella went with Hot English (and then wasted half of it). But you’re right melted garlic butter can be a good option for a steak.

    The bun looks raw
Is it all of the cheese pouring out on the top right side or is it all of the burger sauce?

    It’s clearly melted cheese, Mao.

Green owed Chitty, nothing better than a proper home cooked burger!

    1) Remove burger from freezer.

    2) Place on barbecue.

    3) Place in bun with cheese and salad.

    4) Read as several barbecue lovers lavish praise.

As reference, a hamburger. Look at the color, look at the moist, look at the cheese, look at the bun.....
