There’s just something magical about setting the coals on fire; in rain, hail, or shine. Yesterday it was rain. The anticipation of beers about to be sunk, while tending the food, and the feast that you’ll eventually serve up. BTW no elastic rubber bands used here, fire starters only.
And hydrate with a Shempa Ale.
I wasn’t happy with the variations in sizes, will have a word with my man. Big ones are better.
Served with rice and a rich lemon garlic dipping sauce.

The vegetables were dripping in melted butter, and I added Dijon mustard to my steak. The young fella went with Hot English (and then wasted half of it). But you’re right melted garlic butter can be a good option for a steak.
Bbq day today, get that smokin' and grillin' on da go!

Green owed Chitty, nothing better than a proper home cooked burger!
1) Remove burger from freezer.
2) Place on barbecue.
3) Place in bun with cheese and salad.
4) Read as several barbecue lovers lavish praise.
