Welcome Joe. Bout time you joined us grill guys. Nice Burgers and Shiskys. Ice cold beer, nice back yard. Life is good. Sure beats the heck out of slop indoors.
Looks like a great meal and a great day. Lovely sun.
A nice amount of meat.
The mancave looks a bit overgrown.
The beetroot on a burgers always a good sign the cook isn't a clown..imho

It was a Belarussian Babooska BBQ bonanza this arvo
She rocked up with nails painted to match her beloved yellow Audi and bearing gifts of another bottle of the mysterious home-brew Kombucha and a bonus jar of home-made sauerkraut.
She kindly let me drive her beloved golden chariot along the driveway for a test drive
The Maiden from Minsk was up for a spot of poking the hornets nest. She has a bee in her bonnet about bees which is why everything she owns is yellow
My first time to ever eat sauerkraut to my memory. It could grow on me.
Peeps I work with swear by homemade Sauerkraut , they're totally addicted to the stuff.
I should really get around to trying it.
The taste test wouldn't be difficult with a fine Minsk maiden tempting my pallet.
The taste test wouldn’t be difficult given your palate.
I used to keep a Tupperware jr of sliced beetroot at my favourite local in Bangkok for my bacon, cheese burgers. The cook always knew to add a slice and I tipped well.
Off the grill today....
Fresh thick cut pork chop from the local morning market. Marinated in a thick Teriyaki garlic sauce. Tater and carrots
Sautéed carrots
Lunch as served.
Very nice stumps! Bone in chop is the only way to fly. Did one myself the other night. Sorry to the highbrows if I did not use proper crockery...
No one adding apple sauce to their pork chops? Otherwise outstanding.
The wife reckons you blokes like Snubby who like it rare are a bunch of fanneees.
Is that your homemade version of steak tartare?
Anything less or more than Apple sauce on Pork is pure barbaric, heathen, American behaviour!
Damn uncultured
I know crazy Huh Joe. Look at UK cuisine. I mean it's all top stuff. Food that top restaurants have on all their menus. . Can I have a rack of lamb with a cup of baked beans? Yes please, I ordered the prime rib and can't believe it didn't come with baked beans and chips. Forget the sautéed vegetables.
Typically for me ( Sicilian) pork never was accompanied with applesauce. I do remember my Mom adding apples when doing a pork roast on a rare occasion. But pork chops, pork tenderloin there were never apples near them.
