Just picked up some coriander for tomorrow's post-cycle Mexicana skewers.

Diced chicken and peppers marinaded and basted in chili pwdr, cumin, paprika, garlic, oregano, coriander and lime juice for a few hours. Skewered with onion added.

BBQ'd and served with a diced tomato, garlic, coriander and lime juice salsa.

Forgot to get jalapenos.

I don't think the coriander stalks would be strong enough.
