Nutmeg or cinnamon? Sugar and butter? Jam is optional, I like blackcurrant or raspberry.
Rice pudding is deceptively simple on paper. Like the dry martini, not at all complicated until you make it.
You'll find numerous recipes on the Internet, too many frankly. I have made it here with Isan sticky rice/supermarket milk/refined sugar using the ratios 1:6:0.5 and it has come out okay.
The most difficult part will be getting a TD-quality food picture. It probably isn't the most photogenic of dishes.
