    While that does look superb, I would probably serve it with the rib turned around, so the bone you pick up with her mitts isn't sitting in the beans, but the juicy meat is.

    Having my first go at Murcan style slow roasted Beef Brisket. Had it for the first time at a Hickory's franchise a few weeks ago and it was mint.

    Wrong cut of beef in your attempt. A small brisket will be near 3 kilos, most are bigger.
