    Very nice Dilly, but English muffins take less time in the toaster then bread to cook.

    Drop the settings a notch or 2 before putting in the toaster, unless you are going for a Mendip 'golden brown'?

    The right hand one looks darker than a Luigi Craigslist call girl wearing all black in a dark room on a dark night.
