A trip to Makro Bangkok is in order or I would speak to the manager of the local one and asking him to get some put on the next delivery or you'll do unspeakable things in the noodle aisle.

^ Lets go with 'a trip to Makro Bangkok'.
My bladdy passport is good for another 5 years.
^ Why not stop at Pattaya on the way back from Koh Chang/Lanta/Samet?:)
There's more lamb there than HW can shake a stick at.
Looks pretty damn good Mike, but if you don't mind me saying, those spuds look uniformly the same, a lot like Aunt Bessie's.:)
I trust I'll find the dessert in the pudding thread?
Terrible mid-munch pic of lunch today. Just took a pack of last week's bol sauce out of the freezer, got it warm, tossed some fresh cooked pasta into the pan with it, added parmesan, and hooked in.

parmigiana? :)
you can't really go wrong, My only problem with spag bol is it seems to disappear too quickly, i seem to have an ability to demolish a kilo or more of the stuff, can't do that with other food.
^Must admit to having no self control when it comes to plating up after cooking up a huge batch too, it's just too fucken more-ish :)
At least it can be frozen in reasonable portion sizes.
Yeah Parmesan, not parmigiana :durh:
Challenge accepted.
Leftover mac cheese, no bacon, no mushroom onion, just mac n cheese, microwaved, stirred with some milk then microwaved again.
Good though.

Buy the man some bacon! For gawd’s sake!
Taken a few attempts and experimentation but have nearly got Airfryer chicken pieces right now.

They look good to me!
^Tasted great, crispy skins too which doesn't happen when cooked in the oven which is how I've always done them before. Half the cooking time, almost no mess, and they're really juicy. The only way to go from now on.

Pro tip.
Save a small bowl of the pasta broccoli water, and let cool.
Pour a good bit into a plastic bottle once at room temperature.
Present this to the mrs saying that either you or the kid have started peeing green cloudy urine.
One our fav little restaurants has opened back up here by our house. Do a real nice spread of food and very consistent.

Freaking deleted. So sick of the glitch in the photo software that rotates the pix the wrong way. Putting me off from photos..
^ Very easy to fix.
Before taking a photo just lie horizontally on top of the table.

Not a promising start

Massaman, i skin the chicken thighs and add chunks of tomato as i like the odd bit of bite to cut through the coconut. 7 hours and it'll be ready.

So lunchtime, early to let it go down before i watch Wales get caned later. The easiest meal ever as long as you don't have to make the paste. Ii added some hot chili powder as the paste is never spicy enough for me and some kafir lime leaves. No little round bowl to make the rice pretty but the guests didn't mind.

One of my fav dishes.
Always had beef not chicken in my massaman curries.
Very nice!
7 hour slow cooked ...chicken?
^ Somebody's hangry.
After being unable to eat their lunch. :)
^ Did i hear Sous Vide :)
Probably just a stomach rumble.
Don't hurry curry, I always make a big pot of Masaman and it always tastes good after 3 then simmer another 3 perfect.
The leftover always taste even better the next day. My mrs wont eat beef so its usually chicken/pork but when she's visiting mum I do a beefy one.I've tried turkey and ostrich no good , kangaroo and in Oz and teh locl frozen croc but none match local fresh beef or pork
If I could find it real Javeli "wild boar" or venison be worth a go as they have strong enough taste.\
I did try some so called wild boar from Makro not impressed think Rhino assholes tasted nothing like wild boar from Pyrenees which had 5 days a week when there .
Had some in a Dalat Vietnam where we got the scratchings the sauce the potato who knows who had the meat but their French inspired sauces delicious.
Thanks to all the posters who take trouble to post pix.
AO .. over easy for you :)
