I grew up with cauliflower cheese. But it didn't look like that, was boiled and then a cheese roux poured over the top. Will try this one.

I'll tell you something for nothing.
Even TD's very own kitchen maestro - Chitty, of course - could learn a thing or two from PAG. :)
Roast Beef Sammy with sliced swiss cheese, Fritos and a dill pickle.

Yum, that reminds me…I still have some roast pork belly in the fridge!
Stumpy, why didn't you put the pickles on the sandwich, or go Brit and add the Fritos as well?
0.99p is for fresh avocado here and I've had it on toast loads.
Come to think of it I did a thread on here about avocado, was it a Mexican??...
Curry burrito, damn yummy...

Honestly Tops, some sammiches, I prefer the pickle outside as it takes away from the wonderful RB sammy taste.
That's what children do. HAHAHA. Make a sammich and put potato chips in it.
I saved the avocado for my dinner salad. :)
I've been experimenting with a few of my wife's frozen meals with fantastic results.
Today I took a pizza base and a tray of chilli con carne from the freezer with the chilli con carne going in the microwave for 6 minutes and the pizza base in the air fryer on high for 5 minutes.
I poured the chilli con cane on the air fried pizza base and hoped the pizza base would not go soft.
I let it sit for a couple of minutes and then cut the pizza in 4 quarters with ease.
The pizza base held fast and I was able to eat the pizza as I would eat a normal pizza.
The end result was absolutely fantastic and next time I will add a cheese topping.
Next up, and after seeing Topper's burrito, I am going to take a pizza base, 1 madras curry and some basmati rice which my wife makes also.
Before air frying the pizza base I will mix the microwaved chicken curry with a couple of spoons of basmati rice and then roll the mixture in the now thawed pizza base.
Cut the roll in half and then in the air fryer for 5 minutes and I hope it is another success.
^ Honestly when I ate the pizza I lost nothing over the side.
My wife makes the Chilli Con Carne quite spicy and unlike the Mexicana pizza there is no cheese added so I don't know whether you could label it a pizza.
I was quite surprised how the combo turned out.
I'd taken a portion of bolognaise sauce out of the freezer, then couldn't be bothered to make some fresh pasta. Went for a couple of bolognaise "Sloppy Joes" instead. Reduced the sauce in a pan first of all, toasted a couple of burger buns I'd made a few days ago, topped with freshly grated parmesan.

No, just not bought any dried pasta for quite some time, just got into making my own.

^ PAG, spaghetti sandwiches were quite common once upon a time...kind of where sloppy joes came from.
