Recently learned 2 new (to me) kitchen hacks that were both put to use today with great success.
1/ Cut garlic bulbs in half then microwave them for 10 seconds to make peeling a breeze, they pop right out.
2/ Put onions in the fridge for a few hours before dicing them for no more tears or stinging eyes.

No idea, I wouldn't buy frozen sausage rolls down there when when you're never far from a bakery doing fresh baked pies and sausage rolls.
