And here we have the first results of the TD convection oven preliminary round: potato section 1.
Fillet of Tesco's Atlantic salmon served with Otto convected potato supreme chunks and melted Pak Chong Mozarella cheese.

So you live nr PC?
Its now officially triggered me to get me OTTO, pizza bases from Makro and i'll handle the rest. Bring some Anchovies & pepperoni from the UK next time.
MAkro has frozen imported grated cheese which is what I use
tin of tomato paste with sweet chilli sauce mixed in
Tesco's had grated Mozarella cheese but it was more expensive; 189 baht for 200g if I recall correctly.
Get yourself to Siamurys Nev. You'd get over a KG of mozza for thst price
There's an excuse in itself to take a refreshing dip in the briny @ Patts
ungrateful bustard
people rely on shreddies
Read the label. Grated cheese is dusted with chemicals to stop clumping.
I am no health freak but I choose the chemicals I consume. Apart from diesel particulates that is.

That's ridiculously cheap! Unbelievably underpriced... so much so that I have to suspect the quality or legality of it. Is it, perhaps, condemned cheese in Australia that has failed a health safety test? You can't buy cheese in Australia for three times the price.
Not dissing your cheese, per se, but fvkin hell that's a very low price.
I get NZ Anchor from Macro. A 2kg block of mild cheddar is circa 700 baht, which is half the price of the 200 g packets in the dairy section of Big C.
^That cheese is simply sensational, I shop there often and everyone who goes there grabs a few packs of whichever type they prefer. There's many more choices of cheese types available than in Dill's pic, but the Mild and Creamy is my personal favourite. Even the Missus likes it and we keep some in the fridge always!.

156 baht for a kilogram is slightly suspicious.
^They've got a FB page and post their specials and new products up often. You wouldn't be eating Ayam baked beans again when you saw what price they do on Brit import beans occasionaly . They do smoked salmon trim @ 200 Baht for half a kilo, that's the salmon in my breakfast pics on top of scrambled eggs. Sells out quickly but it's just another thing they have that's unbelievably good at give-away price.
^Maybe there's no tax due to the FTA?. Dunno, don't give a shit either, I just know it's and excellent product that I'd happily pay many times more for.
^the Aussie mature is nice and bitey and superb value..find out how i do the Kerry Express thing and i will get you some sent down.
They also do Red Leicester, Wensleydale and my preferred Double Gloucester which is more expensive. Look on their Facebook page and scroll through and you should find it all.
See if you can find a minivan who will carry Guinness to Pattaya whilst you are at it
^ better sweaty cheese than no cheese
I think hou can pack them in liquid nitogen or something similar
