I believe there is a station near Thong Lor (Sukhumvit Soi 55) as the airport link crosses over both Ekkamai and Thong Lor. It is miles away from either of those BTS stations however as it is at the other end of the soi from the BTS.

1 station at NASA (Suk 71) & another in front of Bangkok General Hosp in Soi Soonvijai.
