Why would I go all the way to Kuta for a beach? There’s as very clean and serviceable one on my doorstep. Extrapolating your ignorance is just another failure for the bigoted lout from Pattaya.

Actually a criminal background check normally contains a link to a foreign government website to validate it, so if that doesn't work it's obviously dodgy.

But, as the OP implied, policies are lax since you can get a Non-Imm 'O' without a background check, even though the Non Imm 'OA' requires one.
