Mark Smith's Roadhouse was one of the great ones. When Ermita folded, he moved it to Angeles. Given that this was just after Pinatubo, folks thought he was nuts. Turned out to be one of AC's best bars, Mark eventually went back to the US, and died in CA. of cancer. RIP.
