BANGKOK, 9 February 2018 (NNT) - The Department of Land Transport (DLT) has launched a private-run bus service project with a five-day free trial run.

DLT Director General Sanit Phromwong said Chaiviset Transport was granted a permission to operate the privatized route beween Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin in Salaya, Nakhon Pathom, and Mor Chit bus terminal.

The five-day free ride will be offered for bus passengers during February 9-13, 2018.

Air-conditioned buses are used on the route and each bus has 21 seats with no standing space. The bus fare for the whole route costs 45 baht.
