^ I agree that I doubt anyone is going to scrap a planned holiday over the debacle.

However, Thailand has been receiving more than its fair share of bad press since the incident, not only in the UK but also in other EU Countries. Whether this is more to do with the coup I am not sure.

Flight bookings have been pretty full for the high season since August, before the incident took place, so I wouldn't judge the sentiment on this years' high season. It may just be a case of we've booked already let's hope all goes well.

I imagine there may be a few heated moments between tourists and RTP/military over parasols and sunbathers during the Christmas/New Year break.
