Seven-Eleven shop assistants in Pattaya were shocked when an unidentified Russian man showed off his penis in front of them in the convenience store.

According to a shop assistant, the Russian tourist, presumed to be between 35-40 years old, went inside the middle-size convenience store late at night. The man, according to the witness, seemed confused and pretended to search for items on the shelf.

The man waited until crowds left the store, before exposing himself in front of the assistants. A Good Samaritan chased the man away, before police arrested him as he wandered in his neighbourhood. Police obtained a CCTV record of the man′s behaviour in the convenience store for evidence, and charged the Russian with sexual harassment

Violent Naked American Tourist !

Pattaya police received a report of an American tourist running around naked in the city. The big built American tourist held a girl and took her to the 7-Eleven store. She had been attacked and received injuries. The incident took place in a 7-Eleven opposite Bangkok Bank Pratamnak Road, Moo 10, Tambon Nong Prue, Banglamung, Chonburi.

Tourists and locals in the surrounding area were alarmed at the situation and gathered to see. After examining the 7-Eleven store it was found that a big built foreign guy had captured a girl, it took about 10 min before the officers could release the girl. From there the officers detained him for further inquiries. It is found that the guy is Mr. Kenwell, surname identified, an American citizen, his speech was blurry and it seemed like he was drunk. Ms. Sirilak Hongruchiko, 38 years old from Buriram province explains that she worked as a cashier in a bar beer in Walking Street . She explained that while walking home she witnessed a guy in a murky condition walking naked out from the VC hotel. The guy walked towards her and locked her neck and dragged her to the 7-Eleven store. She tried to help herself but this guy hit her on her face and she broke her tooth, she then shouted for help.

The police detained the guy so that further questioning could be inquired once he’s in better condition.

PATTAYA – September 4,2013 [PDN]; The foreigner was known as Daniel (Surname undisclosed), aged 54, a Finnish national who was reported to have been walking around naked. He was also shouting which annoyed locals.

Daniel said that he couldn’t remember where he was staying and was talking in a very strange matter, as if he had gone mad. After several attempts of trying to find more about Daniel, police decided to take him to the police station in order to work things out more conveniently

After about two hours, Mr. Daniel seemed to have regained his consciousness as he was able to remember his hotel. Police have taken him back to his hotel and asked staff to closely watch him as police fear that he might do dangerous things.

Drunken Russian breaks baht bus windscreen

Unable to name his destination, a Russian tourist flared up and broke the windshield of a baht bus.

The driver, Surachai, said the Russian flagged down the songthaew on Second Road, and climbed in back. After riding for about a kilometer, Surachai stopped and asked where the passenger was going. The tourist appeared drunk and became angry enough to slam his elbow into the windscreen. When police arrived at the scene they were unable to communicate with the Russian. The Russian was taken to the police station, then left and went to sleep outside the Montien Hotel.

He will be rearrested when the booze wears off and a translator is available.

Love it! It's obviously okay to run around naked - but please don't shout

Wouldn't be surprised if some of these guys had something slipped in their drink in their room, and tried to run out and find the girl whilst not in the best shape to do so.

In their normal temperate countries, they wear long raincoats (pockets filled with lollipops and pictures of puppies and rabbits, etc). Also 'tie-on' trouser legs..

I was told by a police officer friend of mine, silly things always happened while there was a full moon.

when the moon goes to an extreme (new or full) it has an impact on everything, not just water, gravitation or whatever... animals and humans, too...

some are more "prone" to these changes, depends on the condition (mostly diagnosed psychiatric conditions...)

its also not every full/new moon... but at some (or even most) of these dates, things go totally overboard... its easy to observe...

its also already two days before/1-2 days after or so peaking...

its not necessarily MURDER and werewolves, but you can see really the change in social interactions...
also, how people feel...
watch yourself...
its not always a bad thing, but its "changes"...

some argue that the full moon, as it provides more light, is naturally the time, people are more active... and therefore more murders would happen...

sounds logical, but research has shown that there are allegedly NO more murders/crimes during full moon - even though police forces around the world claim there is...

ALSO - there are WINDS, that "change" people...
forget, but think it has to do with IONS (loaded particles)...
makes people "crazy" or whatever, too... in german its "foen"...
has impact...
not sure, but i think the wind-thing is scientifically proven...
