Well, so far we have a bunch of people saying she was drunk, she cannot give consent. I know this is true in Canada, but the most important question seems to be, what is the Law for consent in Thailand?

That form is not going to work since it contains the terms

'I further declare that I am at this time not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication'

It also says the girl can withdraw consent at any time by saying 'Code Red' so you are not out of the woods legally even with a signed consent form.

It also does not specify a timeframe for the consent so it is hardly legally water-tight.
