Interesting the sponsor of this forum and a declared visa expert puts up a link to an obviously sub par Life in the UK website.

Get her on a combined ESOL and citizenship course at your local collage mate. Next courses are due to start in September. They`ll give her a quick test to see where she`s at with her English, and put in the right class. All she has to show is that she can move from level to another in the school year. Then you can apply for the ILR.

True and easier, if she has the time

as for the passport, actually it is for her citizenship. Once she becomes a Britcit, she can apply for a passport

    Life in UK Test

This is a very simple exam. You need answer 24 questions and get 18 if them correct to score 75%

    Good luck !
