Carbon dioxide is 0.04% of atmospheric greenhouse gasses.
Water is 70% of atmospheric greenhouse gasses.
So which gas would be more likely to be significantly involved in climate change?

I already tried googling this and could not find any explanation why climatologists prefer CO2 as the evil one of greenhouse gasses.
