I've started 'bitching' when I recognized the double standard you impose. It used to be referred to as having the balls to call a spade-a-spade before the PC crowd started insisting that the majority give way to the minority whiners and complainers. When the rest of us start standing our ground, it's called 'bitching.' When the whiners and complainer bitch it's called 'pointing out the troublemakers' while insisting they 'have to go.'

It's as simple as that.

well I guess this explains why most forums won't discuss moderation openly, because a handful of hatetrolls will always go all the way to stir the shit up because of their sillyness. The truth is they can't acknowledge that their posts were deleted because they were just silly. I had a ton of my silly posts being deleted, big fucking deal.

Is it the equivalent of or does it have anything to do with my receipt from somebody of PMs and other offboard comments that I am told may not revealed in the public area and that doing so would be breach of etiquette? Then of course there is the accompanying benchmark red from the same unnamed person, with further comments to the effect that I am not allowed to let the rest of TD know that person is using the 'rules' to gag me? Please explain, or quickly delete this post because I believe some boardies are keeping copies of certain posts before they vanish. Golly gosh, what now, gonna prime the nuke button?

As to your invitation for constructive criticism of mods, isn't it both constructive and criticism to suggest you have conducted yourself these past few days as a despot, that you have simply deleted and otherwise avoided responding to first fair requests and then fair demands that you explain your initial lie, which kicked this off, and that your subsequent actions, often supported by a certain unnamed sidekick, have exarcerbated the situation? If I am being unreasonable, please say so and explain why, rather than flex your modmuscles with the delete button.

Also, why is a boardie's wish for impartiality and accountability from a mod unfair, unless that particular mod shrugs off such a trivial concept due to his perception of being beyond reproach, or infallible?


By the way, sTROLLer, nobody likes to be called a liar so I understand your outrage; however, if kerux did not tell you my countup was taunting him, then you did lie, and in doing so you become a liar, like it or not.

If kerux did tell you my countup was taunting him, and prior to your deletion of the relevant post, then common sense and your own size of a planet ego would have prevented you from concealing the fact - not just the one time but on the several occasions you have had the opportunity to mention it, and thus putting this matter to rest.

This indicates that you did use kerux to justify your childish deletion of my post, and have since resorted to underhand means to gag me; effectively, you compounded one lie with an attempt at coverup, which is precisely the sort of activity you profess to despise when committed by certain political administrations.


Please explain.

Note: I logged in a few minutes ago to 3 PMs by the same person, two sent earlier which I had not read before posting the last of my deleted posts, and the 3rd drawing my attention to and adding to the first two.

I now know that I should not report insults, which I have never done except to the person that issued them, and always via the public board. I am also told it is bad etiquette to publish PMs, which I shall not do again and apologise if my earlier publication of a PM caused any offence. Next, any issues involving non-mods are off topic and must not be mentioned on a mod thread, even if they are relevant and intertwined with issues I have with a particular mod on that thread, and any such mention instantly qualifies that post for deletion. Gagged again, and in order to remain within the rules, and as it seems those rules will be imposed under the strictest suitable interpretation, I am compelled to shred almost every valid issue I have with both a particular supermod that I shall not identify, and also his unidentified sidekick.

This does mean, of course, that anybody may use or abuse the private areas of TD for anything they would rather not say openly, and importantly that the recipient is not allowed to respond by moving such an issue into the public area. Very bright indeed, far from the knucklescraping lout I had imagined that person or persons to be, though I believe I am perfectly entitled to reveal that somebody is now trying to gag me through the use of a new weapon, etiquette.

Further, as the content of PMs are private, I have edited the above as far as possible without detracting from its message, and without copy/pasting any of the PMs, or mentioning names or otherwise identifying individuals. If anybody puts a name or person to an action, and happens to be spot on, that is purely coincidental.

So, it seems that I have no recourse to a fair hearing without breaking some TD law or rule or interpretation, whether fair or real or created for the purpose, and that I am further prevented from identifying the individual or individuals responsible for this catch-22, by using 'rules' to effectively turn themselves invisible at will, the while publicly proclaiming fairness and impartiality.
