If you want a moderation free experience go to the Soap Box. I think most people want a fairly strict moderation regime. We cover some pretty narley topics man... We need it!

Good and for the first time ever in any forum, Im reporting posts and I've recently reporting several of yours, because you're right, they are off topic, of no use and inflammatory.

I think Stroller could have said what he had to say to me in a PM and not on the on the thread itself. And much of his reasonong was BS. And he need not add his repo points with the comment 'twat,' not as a mod. I could care less what he or anyone else thinks of me but if you're going to be a mod, you don't send repo points to posters with 'twat' comments. Not only is that revealing your bias but it's snotty nosed 7th grade adolescent behavior, something I expect from you, but we could do w/o it in a mod.

Same with mods. As a poster a mod doesn't have to be unbiased, you can have a dig at someone, all the normal stuff that normal posters do.
As a mod you have to be impartial when taking action. People are implying that you can't be impartial if you don't like a particular poster. This is hog-wash.

I agree with your overall thesis. However, sTroller is a mod who has shown over and over that he cannot be impartial. And more and more of the long time posters are beginning to recognize that fact.

He didn't add 'Twat" as a Mod.
He was expressing a personal opinion.

Repo points are not a Mod function, we all have that button.

Like I mentioned how is a mod going to the private area of the forum and refering to a poster as a 'twat' any different than a referee going into the locker room and calling a player a butthead?

I'll tell ya the diference, if babystroller would have come into the locker room and said that, Christian or not, I'd punched him out.
