I think you are jumping the gun here, Sab stated that it would be OK as an OP, I agree, but what I meant with my comment is, that in my experience threads like that very quickly degenerate, that is not the mod's doing but the posters, it happens that we have new threads with an in it self OK OP, but where we from experience can guess with some accuracy that this will go bad very quickly.

You are welcome, posts on posters will continue to be "dumpstered" as will one-liners, new threads with only a link and smilies as an OP and no expansion on the Issue ect. in accordance with the new rules that you can find here bsnub-

Public figures are a little more 'up for it' than fellow Posters.

But there has to be a line. Racist inferences for example (e.g 'Field hand'). I'm not personally greatly sensitive to this stuff i admit, but a lot of people are. A 'Dig' is OK- but it is definitely counterproductive when it causes people to storm out of the Forum, or causes a Thread to degenerate into a shitstorm.

We're trying to draw a line in the sand here, so that more can contribute, and keep doing so.
