mhz and macha, This is my whole point, THEIR parents immigrated to a new country to have a better life (and let me quote macha on this) were holding an English passport and not a "Pakiland passport.

" Does this give them the right to kill innocent people? I think NOT, and you have to hold the parents and not only the mulahs reponsible for this. If you blame England or any other country for wrong doing, then it has to be that they just screwed up to let the buggers in at all.

The rest of time they're in the pubs, night clubs. All Brit born Pakis can be found in London's soho and Sydney's (Aussieland) Kings cross.

Sorry Macha, that's a generalisation. I went to Uni with lots of lovely Asian women who studied law purely because their parents had told them to. They were obient to their parents to a level way, way beyond the level of any anglo-saxon child.

On the flip-side, never once during my studies did an Islamic person site the rule of law of Islam as having prefernce over the law of the land.

Thus, like your generalisation, there are certainly "some" British born Pakistannis who attend pubs and clubs, there are also some who see the law of Islam as all powerful, but in both cases, IME, they're a minority of the society, rather than the majority.

You failed by noting that this is a "SMALL" albeit vocal group and where you also failed is in quoting this bit from the same study:

Eliminator, I make no excuses for the brutality and barbarism of fanatics.

All I am saying is that western societies are not perfect either. Just to piss you off:

The US has a history of executing criminals for offences committed while they were legally minors, they consider Saudi Arabia a close ally despite that the kind of executions you are up in arms about are far more common in Saudi, the US military has probably killed far more female Muslim teenagers than the Iranian government has, etc, etc, etc.

But it is so much easier to criticize Iran or a religion you know absolutely nothing about, than owning up to your own hypocrisy, isn't it?
