On entering a room filled with several Pakistani officials this afternoon, Palin was immediately greeted by Sherry Rehman, the country's Information Minister. "And how does one keep looking that good when one is that busy?," Rehman asked, drawing friendly laughter from the room when she complimented Palin.

By having a sunbed installed in the office, and pampering oneself at home with the per diems one claims for it. lol

This is the first time we've seen her hit with follow up questions. It appears she's only capable of repeating her answers - you could tell Katie was getting pissed.

I do agree that Palin showed badly in that interview. She doesn't have enough savvy yet to turn the tables when the Libby press infer things to lead her on. Also not a good showing on the issues.

^ Disagree. Sure, Palin is not the old hands politician, and I agree she did not come off well in that interview, as noted above. However, she is not BS-ing her way thru. Obama is very adept at moving an issue into nana-land with his rhetoric. Sounds real nice, but when you revisit his answers, there's usually just puffy white clouds there. I look forward to the day he can say yes or no and here's why backed up by three solid reasons for his choice.

Aren't people supposed to be open minded? I mean they were courteous and invited a man from Africa to preach and he did some indigenous incantations. Should they have hustled him out? Would that have been Christian? I think many Christian sects have taken on demonstrating tolerance over the old days of insisting their sect is the one true Christian religion.
