you need a serious dose of reality, the French have been very supportive of Brexit, and will do everything for you fookers to leave, but without help or an agreement to save yourself,

The Yermins have enough on their plate at home, so the French are gonna have to step up to the plate and bail them out - that 'll be funny watching Macron cutting the French budget to hand cash to Germany; the street protests are gonna be epic!

You are welcome. Course don't the EU rules suggest contributions are linked to GDP. & VAT..now how do you increase a budget when a major contributor leaves and GDP i& VAT is stagnant someone is going to be disappointed.

Its neighbourly and polite, something you continentals could learn instead of ostracising a member until they feel forced to leave, very sad but we'll always be there for our European friends.

What is it you don't understand?
There are international rules for how much and how long a state can subside an enterprise and that is why EU got involved to greenlight it, they don't want a trade deal being hit by sanctions because a member state subsidizing too much. The leveled playing field is within EU, not between EU and outside countries ie Mexico in this case.

what do you mean? you completely fucked up during WW2, on the verge of surrender, couldn't fly planes and beat the Germans, almost lost all your troops in Dunkerque, and when the allies won, you got fucked over by the US financially to the verge of bankruptcy

who needs friends like this to save you? definitely not the Europeans, try to save yourself first if you can

Even DeGaulles who took refuge in London, couldn't stand you after the war

Did Britain offer to subside JLR if they kept the jobs in Britain? Did Britain ask EU if that was ok and did they get a negative answer?
If the answer is yes then EU acted unfair by allowing Slovakia to subside the move and building of a new factory.

There are numerous examples of where the UK was not allowed to offer state aid such as the UK steel industry and the UK ship building industry resulting in massive amounts of jobs loses and communities being destroyed while the jobs went to Spain, France, Germany, etc (the absurdity of the UK government not being able to prioritize UK ship builders in UK naval contracts, especially when the German top heavy EU is endlessly writing, fundging and acting in self interest to support areas such as the German car industry...). Here's an interesting document detailing how the German carmakers (sometimes calling themselves Europeans, but this is clearly defined from the German carmakers perspective) are massively influencing EU policy makers through high level commissions and working groups:
    https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=...3ZCbQWbtppV7Kc

The EU state intervened (illegally and against their own rules) to force Ireland and Greece to pay back private loans because it would have damaged the central banks ability to keep the German and French banks solvent.

The EU endlessly makes stuff up as it goes along, ignoring which rules it wants to at any given time... It is not a free market, it is a large controlled market; controlled by and for the benefit of a small group of influential groups within that controlled market. For example, even in their own words, if the German car industry does not use the EU to bring about new rules and regulations, they simply are not competitive and will fail en masse...
    Cycling should be banned!!!

Utter dickhead though dragonfly palpably is, I can't help feeling you haven't followed what pass for his 'arguments' closely.

More generally, on most aspects of this question, you really do seem quite dim.
