Did you miss the Maybot declaring victory with significant changes being made by the EU? The changes even required another examination by the Attorney general, who suggested the changes were not enough, legally, to allow the UK to get out of the deal unilaterally. That same agreement that he would need to change his advice for a vote change.

On what basis should that advice be changed?

I see Paris is still burning - 18 weeks of protests/riots/violence...

& Macron wants to lead the EU forward with his new vision - wtf, he is hated in France and doing a terrible job; but, the "elites" have zero interest in successful societies, only their own wealth and domination.

    Cycling should be banned!!!

^In your desperation to prove the well thumbed myth that somehow the EU is failing, you're prepared to support the actions of militant socialists against the elite ...even though you've denounced socialism several times already in this thread

My my, what a tangled web you weave for yourself.

Maybot keeping the reason for the extension a secret as well as the length of time ....which traditionally means a shitshow in the offing.

Still think they will find a way to have another vote on her deal before end of next week and it will pass.

Ruining the country all this Brexit uncertainty.

    Oh.

UK unemployment has dropped to the lowest level in more than 44 years despite mounting fears over Brexit, as employers across the country ramped up hiring at the fastest rate in more than three years.

The Office for National Statistics said Britain’s jobless rate fell to a fresh low of 3.9% in the three months to January, down from 4% a month ago, the lowest point since the start of 1975.

Companies increased their hiring activity to add another 222,000 people to the UK workforce, taking the overall number in work to a fresh record high of 32.7 million.

^Unemployment figures are faked and massaged, you can work 1hr per week and receive the rest of your income from benefits but abracadabra you're no longer unemployed or be decanted from the job centre into a mickey mouse training company who will train you to use a search engine, abracadabra you're no longer unemployed, this is all before we get to zero hrs contracts that didn't exist in 1975 ....comparing them to 1975 figures when they were calculated completely differently is like comparing apples to window ledges.

See the pound over the last 3 years and the numbers of people using foodbanks for a reality check on the UK economy.

May is like an old one-eyed crone seer shrivelled by age and the weight of disappointment and failure picking through a scabrous turd looking for inspiration as the mists of political circumstance swirl around her coiling their tendrils of fate until they tighten and choke off the oxygen of her miserable political life leaving her empty as the dried husk she always was.

A dead woman walking to her grave of deserved oblivion leaving nothing but the rancid stench of the zombie trailing its spoor of foul slime.

Only 2.6% of the workforce on zero hour contracts that 26 out of every 1000 people employed. So fuk all.

Loads of work in the UK, if people are only working a few hours a week then that's their choice.

It's more like 1 in 40 and its not fuck all if you are one of the 780,000 on zero hrs contract.

What percentage of the workforce have their incomes subsidised by universal credit and food banks?

Yeh, loads of work available if you're prepared to work for a pittance that is impossible to live on.

    Don't know, you tell me?

Even minimum wage is £8 give or take, so £320 a week for the lowest paid who can be bothered to get out of bed. No need for food bank use other than wanting free shit.

There are over 4 million self-employed and 8 million part time workers representing 30% of the entire occupational workforce, many of whom qualify for benefit of one sort or another.
Britain is teetering on the edge of the worst stagflation cycle it has ever known and all we are awaiting is the hard Brexit the ERG nutters desire.

We've already had this conversation, do you not remember?

£320 is top line, not what you take home, people cant spend £320 they never received, only what is paid into their bank which is around £270 ....like I said, a pittance.

And, min wage is only £8 if your over 25.

Most people earn considerably more than minimum wage, so what is your point? Are you a job dodger living on benefits? If people are on minimum wage and not happy go get another job, hardly fucking rocket science.

Macron has been predicting the delay over 2 months ago

now he is playing games with silly Maybot because she has been such a pain in the ass for everyone

Everyone in the EU is tired of that frigging non-sense, it's like being taken into a mental rollercaster

that's so fooking British, playing mind games and taking everyone on a ride

I can only hope one country will veto the frigging extension or maybe all the 27 will for good measure since Maybot will have brought nothing new to justify an extension

and then you fookers can play us a last minute betrayal trick and revoke A50

You were the one who brought up minimum wage.

So because I prefer real number to your imaginary numbers I must be a job dodger living on benefits?

Surely you cannot be so stupid as to believe everyone can simply move to highly paid jobs if they are not happy living in poverty ...I mean even by your standards that is utterly moronic.

What imaginary numbers? Would that be you making excuses for people claim poverty and scrounge from food banks as they can't manage their own money?

I've no idea if you're a job dodger or not, but you certainly come across as from the lower end of society.

I didn't say highly paid jobs, I said get another job that pays more. Just having a quick look at a local jobsite even unskilled factory and warehouse work pays £9-10 per hour in shitty Crewe and surrounding areas, so presumably more down South. See no excuse to not be working and earning a livable wage unless you are a job dodger.
