Theresa May has been told to return to parliament and find a way to break the Brexit logjam after she failed to convince EU leaders in Brussels that she had a credible plan to win round MPs.

An appeal from the prime minister for a final concession on Thursday night failed to impress the 27 heads of state and government. The European commission president, Jean-Claude Juncker, described the British debate as “nebulous” and told May to come back to them with a clear plan.

    What other options are there?
    Renegotiate, Norway+, Ref2.

No such thing as no more talks, don't fall for that crap; if they know it's talk or no deal they will talk, naturally under the face saving cover of 'clarification'. As things stand, 'clarification' means a few minor concessions with others held in reserve; or, a plausible explanation as to why such a thoroughly considered deal should need to be clarified.

Can't say much about Norway+ because from my understanding it would need to be adapted to the UK, not easy as that means starting with a skeleton and filling in the bits, and under May the head well could end up lodged in the pelvis.

Nobody can more than guess the Ref2 options, but if they are stay/hard Brexit, and with momentum toward the latter, I reckon they will send over a team to kidnap her for talks.

Aside from stay, current deal, no deal, Norway+ and Ref2, all of which are shit, I'm game for anything.

“To use a Christmas theme, we want all parties and factions in the British parliament to feel the bleak midwinter,” said a senior EU source.

time to get off our knees, leave with no deal, be free to choose our own path and negotiate new deals with whom we choose.

the eu will be on its knees for a variety of reasons within 10 or 15 years, and we will be better off watching from the sidelines

May is PM so gets to call for vote anytime she chooses. If I was in her shoes, would call for vote 28 March. No pass, hard Brexit. A disasterous vote no political party can survive. Might just scare the bastards (gender nuetral ) to pass her plan.

how can you possibly think that severing all economic and political ties to a bloc like the EU and things will go just fine is just fooking mind numbling,

even a fooking retard like BoJo gets it, why can't you? oh wait, you lie in a bed full of piss and waiting for your lithuanian nurse to change your frigging over soaked diapers

Isn't that the way she did it when she was Home Secretary?

This time she has to deliver by end of January to stop that silliness.

    back to the topic,

I think EU leaders are actually gunning for a no deal Brexit, aka hard Brexit. Everyone wants to see the Brits suffer and beg for mercy for their bad choices

the Brits will be on their knees asking for an IMF bailout, and guess who is the boss there? yep, that's right, another British hating French Woman

you guys are soooo fucked, you don't even know it

I think that they did from the start. They needed to show the remaining quivering wrecks, such as, Holland, Italy, Greece etc as to who is boss.

funny you think that, but I don't the message is targetted to the others but more to the Brits and the US

you have been a pain the ass all those years, you are going to pay for it on the top of the 40B GBP bill

like in a nasty divorce, it's not about the money, it's all about what the other party did all those years and paying for it

    Time to pay up bicthes

She was the worst Home Secretary in living memory. The police force is still decimated and crime rates through the roof due to her actions...

You silly fluffer the EU are doing all they can to make us stay having offered a deal they know is totally unacceptable and knowing there is no way parliament will vote for a clean Brexit which is what most people who actually voted for Brexit want.

Only way Doris can save herself and not go down as the worst PM in history is to tell the EU to politely get fucked and leave on WTO terms. No money handed over and bye bye and good riddance.

anyway, sadly she is going to win that deal because otherwise it means:

    - Ref2
    - GE
    - No deal

in a sea of shit, even a wet fart is a better alternative
