and in the most recent incident you refer to (which was over 16 years ago) absolutey no charge was filed against the dem in question---apparently in your mind being related to someone who is alleged to have committed a crime is a scandal.

anyway, in this year alone we've had.....

a sitting republican US senator admitting to hiring prostitutes
a sitting republican US senator up to no good in a public restroom
mccain's florida campaign chair up to no good in a public restroom

and let's not forget last year there was congressmen mark foley and the page scandal.

and all of these guys touted 'family values'....and that's where the hypocrisy lies.
