Of course I do that every non UK citizen should require a visa if they wish to work and live in the UK. Thought it was quite easy to understand even for someone as retarded as you. And hopefully this will be how it is in the future. EU citizens can through the process the rest of the world has to if they wish to live and work in the UK.
