I was just having a bit of fun, Bob - I didn't even link it. I was actually struggling to understand the graphic. It seems difficult to put clear numbers and/or detailed arguments from either side; there's so much integration and confusion.

For me, I don't trust any centralization of power and/or federalization - it always leads to more corruption, less visibility and less accountability. Here's another nice graphic:
