The United Kingdom (UK) is part of the European Union (EU). It is not part of the Euro Zone (EZ)

The EU "leaders" are not the the individual EU countries political leaders, mainly unelected. Try and look at who makes political, financial ...... policy for the EU, that HAS to be accepted by the individual member states. If you don't accept it you get "Greeced".
