Read my post, using Tomahawks is expensive, but can be very effective. More human intel would go long way. Freezing their assets would hit them hard.

Even the Muslim-bashers couldn't make this article up, It's from Dabiq Issue 9, Dabiq is ISIS's official English language magazine, always a source of chuckles and this particular article is a classic: "Infidels!
