Presumably not those who 'liberated' Iraq, are in the process of trying (& failing) to 'liberate' Syria, who 'liberated' Libya, and are in the process of 'liberating' Palestine.

Right now, Putin, the chinks, and what rump is left of continental European pride seem about the only chance for some modicum of world peace.
