Forbes magazine sees another Obama hiccup in foreign policy (sic) I guess all of the cautions pre-election about his lack of foreign policy experience are sadly rising finally rising to the top. It seems he's more the reason for the bad impression Euro's have of the US then is even the previous POTUS.
