Stubblebine, former head of U.S. Army Intelligence & Security Command (INSCOM) 1981-84.
Commanding General of the U.S. Army’s Intelligence School and Center. This intelligence restructuring earned him his place in the Intelligence Hall of Fame.
Your only criticism of Stubblebine is his work (commissioned by the US Army) on paranormal events, such as experimental "far sight" or understanding "Chi" and how it's projected, a common enough experience in martial arts.
You, of course, twisted the facts to portray Stubblebine as some weirdo, while in fact the work with goats and Chi projection was done under orders from his superiors, the US Army.
He's not the only US military commander or officer who disagree with the "official" version of 9/11.
