Indeed.
Person 1 - 2 years ago, sent out to supply a homing beacon
Person 2 - 1 year ago, instructed to install into a building an earthquake warning device, that if he knew, would look suspiciously like a homing beacon. He doesn't know because he is a maintenance man.
Person 3 - Invites some friends to take up some flying lessons because they all like to play flight games together, and he received some discount tokens in the post.
Person 4 - 2 years ago -Install fly by wire program into an un-liveried plane to test, an anti hijack system he is told.
Person 5 - paints the plane into carriers livery as it has just returned to the fleet from a series of tests
person 6 - as part of war games initiative, sitting in a simulator, plays the part of a hijacking pilot, with the plan to crash his simulator plane into the twin towers. He is incredibly happy that he managed to do it. Is then disposed of by people who follow orders no matter what.
Not saying this is what went down, but just a quick demonstration of how you could relatively easily set up a false flag like this without anyone involved knowing they were involved, and those that did know, are so few in number that they can be taken out without much attention. Especially if you invited person 1, 2, 4 and 5 to the top floor of the WTC for some reason that they are bound to attend, person 3 on the plane, and 6 has a car accident.
