I'm only at home for another week in the lovely Korat, so will have to take out Tommy's stitches a couple of days early. The pond is currently closed off to the dogs to stop him bathing in the putrid green waters and risking infection. This also means that I am no longer fishing because I have discovered that the fishing was very secondary to sitting with the dogs with a Leo and Ya Dong. I can do that anywhere.

The bar is low but I think that Tommy may be our stupidest dog. Here he was waiting for his evening treat... they're not allowed in the house while Das Kommandant is still patrolling, so Tommy was well pleased with his bravery here... but little did he know that his dastardly Master wasn't giving him special treats, but anti-biotics wrapped up in ham.



I managed to coordinate the entire pack for another 'guess the Euro player (or team) pic'.

It could have been the South Samoans, but I'm limiting this competition to vaguely serious contenders, who even made it to the finals.

'Putrid' was for comedic affect, however weak, but those green waters contain a thriving community of pla nin, local frogs and toads and all manner of insects... an oasis if I could be so bold (not bald mate, some of us Brits still have hair!)

The fish in our pond never cease to amaze me. Something is working because they are thriving. And no hormones, anti-biotics etc. I am convinced that my fish are way healthier to eat than those poor hormone and anti-biotic saturated zombie fish you get at the markets.

This is Mum's dog Real he a lovely dog but unfortunately everyone dog's always attack him, apart from the brother in law's.We always bring food parcels for him or send them every few weeks.Poor chap is pretty battled scared.

the street mongrels are the only ones worth having.

saw a pure bred monstrosity yesterday being carried around in one of those doggy pram baskets, by a hi so type woman in msphere mall on sukhumvit, it had socks on, ribbons on its tail and there was an inbuilt fan keeping the little fucker cool. it didnt look happy. see a lot of these pampered trophy mutts in the sukhumvit malls.

^ Absolutely right Tax, I love my mutts to bits and despite their lowly origins, they've never let me down.

Although don't forget that there's no such thing as a bad dog... it's the owners. Those poor pooches dressed up in clothes and carried around town in 'doggy bags' aren't happy, they're just an accessory for their arsehole owners... and will doubtless be discarded with as little regard as their latest iPhones.


But anyway, England may well be through to the play-offs but I think that everyone would like a promising performance tonight. After Leo, Ya Dong and gin & lemon soda, it's highly unlikely that I'll still be awake at 2am, but I want to keep the competition going, regardless.

I'm a Bristol City supporter so don't really follow top flight stuff, but this young, blonde, chirpy guy has really caught my attention lately and I hope he's in the start-up tonight.
