Hi, I'm new here. I just get so bored while working here in the u.k while waiting/saving for my next trip LOS or LO b/s.

How do other people get on...I'm a sociable person, but if I go out I spend too much money,

So I suffer terminal boredom, my only relief is chatting to prostitues on line. Sick I know.

Just wondered how other people survive...

we all get bored - guess its a human condition.

I love art painting , or rather i used to at school- a long time ago now
So last year I bought some tubes of acrilic paint -fantastically colours, all manner of brushes, pencils etc books too on composition, colour, technique,everything i need ,
Thing is I have not painted one brush stroke since i got them.
but if get bored I do like opening the box and just looking at them .
maybe I'll start soon and be like Rolf Harris attacking the canvas

Nigelandjan , knocked up a rather good water colour on his recent trip to Scotland [thread about the trip here at Teak door ]
though it did look like he had rested a wet can of beer on the right hand side of it at some stage .

Look if you get really bored , you could try posting one of your own photos here, that will keep you occupied for ages ,,,

Symptoms of boredom and insanity can be easily misconstrued.
When you are bored it's likely you're actually quite insane. You probably just need to get out and do something crazy.

well my wifes a foking mute and only knows a few words like give me money and I call the police so I also spend alot of time on the next, little pissed off the place I was in last night was good fun and I had about 5 naked ladys in a room but they foking ripped me of good, had about 30k in me wallet and came home with 0

Go easy there Bluey ,it was raining on my parade mate ,, its whats known in the trade as a runback also did explain I forgot my painting board so it was all curly wurly .

Anyway the good news is now I am back home I am gonna do the same pic justice in oils on a landscape canvas ,, when its done I,ll tag it back on the bottom of the Scotland post ok

The choices to alleviate my boredom appear to be from the following:

Chatting to prostitutes.....Painting......Masturbating....Goin g out to do something crazy......intelligent debating on here......or annoying the fuck out of people.

I've just lost the will to live......

You need to think back on what you did in your leisure time prior to your first trip to Thailand.

I relocated back from Thailand to my native country a decade ago.
I couldnt be happier about that choice.
Boredom?
I just dont have the time for that.
I have a job that I like with good coworkers.
I engage in various sports badminton, tennis, study a foreign language 3 times a week.
I have a boat, a canoo and a kayak which gives me great pleasure, either when going fishing or paddling.
My family lives here and so do my friends.
I never go out and I have no inclination to do so.
I am recently divorced and a single dad with 2 my sons, obviously the joy and pride of my life.

I have seen too many people thinking like you. Never appreciating what they have in their own neck of the woods, living in limbo and just thinking of their next trip to alcohol infused sexual fantasy land.
This is just not very productive to say the least.
