    One more newbie

Hi, just to introduce myself, I've been reading the forum for a while but this is my first post. I enjoy the discussions here - there are some good brains and the crack is always entertaining( even the arseholes!).
I'm not living in Thailand, in fact I've only visited once, but I'm coming over for a month in Jan to look round a couple of places (bkk, Samui then wherever) and I can't wait.
Since my first visit I've harboured a little fantasy of spending the winter months over there or maybe even living full time.

    Anyway hello.

There wouldn't be any arseholes if there wasn't any cracks.

Welcome and peace to all men in the season of goodwill.

I spent a few winters in Thailand and Asia-
Instead of sitting in front of a log fire in Britain too afraid to go out into the freezing cold,
I sat in front of a of an Air Conditioner too afraid to go out in the stinking heat .

Anyway welcome ,the more notherners here the better !

cheers for the welcomes, lads, and a merry xmas to everybody.
As I said I'm coming over for a month and I wonder if anyone can give me any ideas on somewhere to go after Bkk and Samui? I like the girlie scene but I also like things a bit laid back. I was thinking about Hua Hin, anyone have any ideas?

Open a bar??!! No chance, stress would send me round the twist and there's plenty other ways to throw your money away.
