a hybrid of Kiwi/Oz/Polish heritage (c'mon there's gotta be a joke in there) now resident Chalong after a spell in Karon. And what a difference 7-8km across the island makes.
Can be seen on sthrn roads, tall man on tall bicycle, so far unscathed but plenty of near misses, now i know where cyclists fit in the order of things am practicing not being roadkill, but enjoy the thrill of Chalong roundabout, Russian roulette on 2-wheels
If not cycling, can be seen Wednesdays running to Big Buddha; the bright lights I see at the top are either a sign of spiritual illumination, or more likely near-death experience. I must look bad, get plenty of offers of water or a ride back down the hill
Off to Moto GP at Sepang in October, rugby and r league follower

and talk too much
and if that's not enough - yes I was living on a sheep farm when last in unzud

actually my heritage gets worse - the Australian grandfather was a used-car salesman. Being a likely convict-descendant is one thing, but a car salesman? That's shameful

Ha! have abandoned my life in conservative suit and tie for the moment - been a steady but not spectacular gov't employee most years since 1986 - though this is a lot easier in Wellington than here; I do have one tie with me - just waiting for the occasion.
