Boy ol Edtard is triggered and upset that what he speaks is gospel.

It's OK EdTard. You learn in life that people with experience usually know more. While I think your cycle rides and such are excellent for many reasons, your attitude in general is that of a pissant.

You need to grow up a bit before people will respect you.

Hey..so you keep avoiding the question why have you had 8 Nics on TD? Why is that Mao.

    Pour another potpourri tea.

Reeeeeeelax Eddie. Have one of those super stress relieving teas, take a nap. . Your stipend check is in the mail.

I think it's a bit mean calling EdTard, Edtard.

No you don't. That's what you want to believe in that petty mind of yours EdTard. You post, people respond. What exactly do you expect.? This is where I challenge your maturity.

You Keep skipping my question about your nics? Why is that.

    Excellent late afternoon sesh.

A Strickland-esque jab got through me guard and almost broke my nose.

    No pain no gain.

Haven't drank coffee in 6 months, so the grinder is now used as a rough blender instead of using the big boy.

Paprika breasts pan fried, then peppers, onions and blitzed organic tomatoes, garlic EEVO, S+P, oregano thrown into the same pan.

Both plates were pretty much licked clean.

Delicious and healthy is always a good combo. :-)

Hope for good health this year. I had been reasonably healthy for much of my life. Last 2 years were bad, seems I am getting older. 2 times major surgery, very necessary but recovered well from them, started this year with a cardiac arrest, fixed with 2 stents in coronary heart arteries. All good now.

Sincerely hope, this is it for a while.

    Amen to that.

Endorphins are released during both exercise and sex.

So, great sex in the nighttime, morning, afternoon and evening, with bouts of exercise while she's recovering.

Give it a go, it might be as enjoyable as guzzling down your morning man-goo.

All the best, Takeovers! Cardiac arrest, is something I fear, hence the health kick.
Have you changed your diet or lifestyle since then? I know a few people that have had heart attacks, yet haven't changed their diet or lifestyle afterwards.

I mentioned about her possibly getting an indoor bike and doing an hour in front of the TV each evening while dinner's cooking. Would be a good, convenient daily calorie burner for her.

Got reprimanded over the notion. :/

    Anyway, time for a 40km-er.
