Just looked and it's now 86.4kgs. 2 bloody kilograms and I've only had 2 bottles of water, some steak and brocoli.
Oh well it'll go down again in the morning
Water weight. Keep myself fully hydrated. Tropics and all. Sweating out 1-2 kg of water in an hours workout is typical.
All that matters is you tipped the scales at 84.6 kg. You set a goal and achieved it. Work, effort and sticking to it. Nothing worth having comes cheap or easy.
