I jog, and do a little upper body work. Today is beautiful weather so I went out and got lost in Spotify. Next thing I know my fitbit is buzzing saying 10K. I had no idea I had gone so far. Very good start to a nice day.

Started to work 8 minutes ago, finish at 4 so will go home and go out again just after 5pm if it stays nice.

True. My body demands I smash the living shit out of it on a daily basis. Or maybe that's my brain. I must punish myself for past sins.

While we're on the subject of getting juicy - anyone seen this guy before

Back to it with a wee baking hot afternoon stroll.

    Slowly but shirley.

Actually happy enough with the 8.5 mins per Km average.

Looks like its going to be a nice evening for a jog. I will go out just after 5 and try and get in another 5 K. I really want to have a 20 kilometer jogging day again...

That's the sort of weekly mileage I would love to be doing. I'm struggling with attaining half that at the moment.

Maybe next year. Or the year after.

    ^ That is stamina.

You should enter an ultra event, AO. There's plenty in Thailand.

Here's a good looking run. You'd piss it given your workload.

Was a productive week, kept up the pace and still enjoying the exercise and jogging routine. Endorphin highs are a nice plus.

Getting high is the name of the damn game.

I ran up here earlier in the week - thrice.

That's a decent all over body workout, how many times a week? Is your plan to start the weights low and gradually increase keeping a record?

I need to get back down the gym, not been for two weeks now and starting to feel like jelly.

^ what weights did you use?

And what are lat pull downs? Are you walking off a chair and just dropping and not pulling yourself back up? (Walking the plank), which is a good way to build those muscles up until you have the strength to do pull ups.

I used a machine for a lot of them and the machine just has numbers (1 to 20) rather than the actual weights. I know roughly the weights for the bench presses but my PR agent advises me not to tell anyone. He thinks it might make me look like a little girl.
None of the weights were heavy. I'm not that fit at the moment and I was doing quite high reps so that rules out heavy weights. For the leg presses, I started off at 6 on the scale and worked up to 10. For the lats stuff (pull downs and rows), it was all at level 6.

I don't go to the gym regularly, Chitty. Just now and again, and it's usually an all over body workout. I don't keep a written record, just a rough mental note but I adjust the weights to how I feel each time anyway and if I feel fitter and stronger, I'll increase the weights but I never do heavy weights and low reps.
