Duilio's used to be good when he had it on Suk Soi 49. Not been down Sukhumvit in ages so don't even know if it is still there. Heard it closed, but I am going back 7/8 years.
One of the problems with Italian food in Thailand is it is usually cooked by Thais that didn't grow up with the food they are making, so invariably, with exceptions, it will disappoint.
I mostly cook all my own Italian dishes now, simply because I can do it better and cheaper.
