Lots of dorado taken round these parts. They lose their beautiful sheen minutes after they're landed. They say they're good eating. I always throw mine back.

Botete is what they're called around here. Cat food.

This is what's known as a pargo. I guess they're just red snappers. I've taken them inside the marina lots of times. These I eat.
