^Those are golden eagle. It might be possible to train a bald eagle to catch a fish for you- they are basically glorified seagulls.

They have even been known to attack and kill fully grown roe deer. The Eurasian subspecies is used to hunt and kill wolves in many native communities, where their status is regarded with great mystic reverence.

If the eagle was in the air swooping down, I'd say it had a chance. As it is, grounded, it's at a massive disadvantage to the cat.
