^ Sausages has stayed remarkably quiet on this one, I can only assume he approves or its really going to happen
I've been rough for about 3 weeks with a dodgy stomach. It started with headaches, cold sweats and the tom tits.
I had some wicked antibiotics that my old doc gave me, so they got rid of it after i did a 5 day course.
Then it came back last Saturday but with just the tom tits every time I ate. The only time it is better is when I go on the beer for a couple of days, which isn't great for a number of reasons, and then it almost always seems to start again.
Somebody suggested it could be IBS. Does that mean I'm gonna have to wear a nappy? Does anyone suffer from this (send us a PM if needs be)?
I know I should see a doctor, but I'm shit scared of the places....
^ maybe stop too much anal, keep it to the bare minimum, special occasions, etc. &, don't watch Man U in the Champion's League (not that they'll be in it for long...) because the stress will add to your stomach issues.
Doctor's are nice and sometimes know what they're talking about (not UK GPs so much...), but it's worth seeing a doctor to point you in the direction of a specialist who will very likely help you - may be something straightforward; just not worth letting it hang around without some medical attention.
Cycling should be banned!!!
I suggest you switch your support from Man Utd to Man City, a lot less stressful
Seriously, it's treatable.
I know a couple of peeps who have it and they manage it by not binge drinking 15 pints of Guiness in a session then a curry to soak it up.
Worse case scenario is a colostomy bag, it'll save you a fortune on bog roll.
Shalom
It's not all bad news mate, you might have to do a Mendy and get your prostate examined by a professional..
Buscopan: medicine to treat stomach cramps and IBS - NHS

Umm, fook of ya humourless kunt.
Some years ago I had a stomach infection from some source or other and was pretty much fucked for around four weeks. Food simply would not get digested properly and I generally vomited to gain relief. Shits and constipation alternated and cramps a feature after any alcohol. Felt awful, lethargic, headaches…An old Chinky pharmacist told me antibiotics “ no good “, food poisoning gave me “ slow” stomach. He told me no alcohol, no spicy food, and to take motilium daily before meals and buscopan for cramps. After two weeks and a return to Blighty I was finally ok.
Bacterial infections in this shitty country are fucking infinite.
So England cured you, you should be more grateful.
Visa Extension time.
